This list only includes spirits obtainable through wild captures or main story quests — perfect for free-to-play players. Ranked by how easy they are to get, training cost, and combat performance.

Tier 1 — Strongly Recommended

Huoshen (final evolution of Huohua)

  • Type: Fire
  • How to get: Starter pick or wild capture
  • Strengths: High speed, high special attack, excellent fire-type coverage
  • Best for: Story progression, daily battles

Molimao (final evolution of Miaomiao)

  • Type: Grass
  • How to get: Starter pick or wild capture
  • Strengths: Huge skill pool, can learn multi-type moves, extremely versatile
  • Best for: Any situation
